Q: How do I order an item?
A: All orders are fulfilled through our third party supplier Zazzle, Inc. at our Zazzle Railroad Threads store.
Q: I have a question about my order. Who do I email?
A: Since all orders are fulfilled through Zazzle, please visit their help page here. We do not have access to their order tracking system. If for some reason you can not get through to them, please email us and we will do our best to help with your order.
Q: Can I earn money selling Railroad Thread merchandise?
A: Yes! Zazzle has an affiliate program where people who create links to our products can earn between 15% and 32% of the sales generated through those links. To sign up is free, click here.
Q: How do I license Railroad Threads designs?
A: Please send us an email with which design and what project you are working on. Generally, we charge a royalty per item for the design.
